Museo de Málaga is free for EU citizens. Non-EU visitors pay just €1.50. It's one of the largest regional museums in Spain.
The museum is in the neoclassical Palacio de la Aduana, next to the Alcazaba. It combines archaeology and fine art across two floors.
What's inside
The archaeology section covers Málaga's Phoenician, Roman, and Moorish past. Highlights include Roman mosaics and Moorish ceramics.
The fine art collection spans the 16th to 20th centuries, with a focus on 19th-century Andalusian painting.
